About

I often find myself asking a simple question: why?Why is this process built this way? Where is it creating friction? Why is it not producing the needed results? It’s a simple question, but it often leads to a much more complex answer. After asking why, I pause, look for patterns, and focus on the root cause behind the issue. The issue may be processes, communication, or a roadblock keeping people from doing their work.I prefer to stay close to the action. Being in the field helps me understand how things actually operate, test ideas in real conditions, and adjust in real time for better solutions. My goal is to build practical improvements that make work clearer, smoother, and easier to act on.The most effective solutions are not always the most complex. They are the ones that make the next step easier and leave you thinking, “Why didn’t we address this sooner?”

Core Strengths

The way I work is built around practical problem-solving, clear structure, and staying close to the work.

Finding patterns in the noise

I identify recurring issues, trends, and friction points that explain what is actually happening.

Solving for root cause, not symptoms

I focus on why problems occur, not just how they appear, and work toward solutions that improve consistency and execution.

Building structure where work feels unclear

I create tools, documentation, and workflows that make processes easier to follow, repeat, and improve.

Designing tools people can actually use

I build simple, usable systems that turn information into clearer decisions and more consistent action.

Featured Work

A few examples of how I approach problems, build solutions, and apply structure to real-world workflows.

AI-Enabled Workflow Design

What started as a personal learning project quickly turned into a way to better understand how to use AI responsibly and effectively.I built a structured system to streamline resume tailoring, improve consistency, and reduce the time spent rewriting content. Along the way, I learned where AI works well, where it struggles, and how to guide it toward practical, usable results.

Customer Experience Operations Planning Tool

An ongoing project focused on improving how gate inspections are planned and executed throughout the day.The goal is to use flight data and operational patterns to identify stronger inspection windows, reduce guesswork, and turn raw schedule data into clearer planning recommendations.
